Shop! ANZ

Shop! ANZ is a leading not-for-profit industry association advocating for the shopper and retail marketing industry. The organisation had conducted high-quality research on the state (and future) of the industry. However, the team was struggling to find the time and resources to compile this into a comprehensive, engaging report for their members. I came on board to provide a neutral perspective and to develop the structure for the final report. I very much enjoyed the collaborative process with the capable team on this project.
